Ricochet's Rogue the third book in the Black Smoke series is due to release from Cerridwen Press August 14, 2008!!!!!
Just another mission? Not for Carl Underwood — A.K.A. Ricochet. The dark haired chocolate-skinned beauty he and his team ride off to rescue is up to her neck in trouble with a white supremacy militia group. Ricochet’s internal alarms signal warning. There’s more to this woman than meets the eye, more than he’s prepared to deal with. The sooner this mission is over the better.
Veronica Holter doesn’t work well with others, especially if it interferes with her personal agenda. Her life’s mission is to find the man that brutally killed her mother. In the process, she’s become the target of a very wealthy, very powerful man hell bent on eliminating her from the face of the earth. The handsome Ricochet and his team are just what she needs to survive and accomplish her goal. A little extra curricular activity on the side with him would be nice too. First, she has to knock down his defenses. Not so easy.

I'm asking my readers for their advice. Should Uncle Walt have a story? Drop me a line and tell me what you think. robinleigh@chilitech.net
I rec'd this cool email from a reader that I'd like to share. She won my book Running Blind in a promotional at www.authorisland.com
I rec'd the book yesterday. Thanks so much. I have to tell you though I was not the first one to grab it and start reading it. This is too funny. My 16 year old son saw the front cover and decided it was something he would like. He sat down and read the first chapter of it. I about died. He NEVER reads. I was trying to get him out the door to get his hair cut and he refused until he was done. Too funny. Anyways, after we got home I read the first part and am hooked. After I get done with my appts today, I will be laying around reading it. I am already hooked also. What a great book!!!!
I know how difficult it can be to get your kids to read. I have two boys of my own, one days away from becoming a teenager. Reading is the last thing on their minds. To hear that my book Running Blind grabbed the interest of a 16 year old and kept him was thrilling. ( even though it is considered a romance)
